However, his recovery has progressed faster than expected. Club chief Peter Niemeyer praised the striker’s dedication during rehabilitation, noting that while the club has supported his recovery, much of the credit belongs to the player himself. He explained that Boniface’s condition has improved significantly, with his knee now stable and the rehabilitation process going smoothly.

The 25-year-old has already advanced from individual sessions to partial team training, a major step forward that underlines how close he is to a full return. His progress has come as a welcome surprise given the initial concerns surrounding the injury.
